NewTEQ's Quality Assurance System pays special attention to cultural and linguistic details, and ensures maximum localization effectiveness via an interactive motivational scheme (whereby price is dependent on measurable criteria). This is not a new concept per se, but NewTEQ is one of the first (if not THE FIRST) to execute it "down to the T".

We also focus on process refinement, project management and new talent development and training.  We conduct monthly Internal Training Classes for our employees, SOHO and Freelancers.  We are also working closely with Universities and other academic institutions to give presentations about the localization industry, and taking part in the training and development of new talent, in an effort to give these potential candidates a clearer picture on an additional career opportunity, and of course, to attract the best talents available first hand!

Our NewTEQ On-Line Resource Management System (N.O.R.M.S.), is a revolutionary process and information management system.  This system innovates the localization and globalization methodology, boost efficiency, and provide excellent customer and vendor services. We will also host interaction and experience sharing via this channel.
